High School: Started for 5 years under Coach Chris Basil at East Union High School. All-District, All-State, NEMCABB All-Star Game and Crossroads Diamond All-Star Game selection during his high school career.
Community College: Played two years at Northeast Mississippi Community College under Coach Kent Ferris.
Blue Mountain College: Battled arm problems all season last year but has worked hard all off-season to get his arm ready for his senior year. Will play a big role on the mound for the Toppers this season. Great student.
Personal: Son of Keith Treadaway and Sonja Nichols. Full name is Zane Keith Treadaway. English Education major. Attends Ripley Presbyterian Church. Named to the Transouth All-Academic Team last season
