Community College: NORTHWEST COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played second base for the Lady Rangers. Plummer received MACJC All-State her freshman year. Her sophomore year she received All-Region XXIII, first team MACJC All-State and Best Offensive North Half Player.
Blue Mountain College: Played short stop for the Lady Toppers. Plummer was accepted into the All- TranSouth Athletic Conference softball second team.
